Sal Paradies arrived in Denver. But what now?

Central City is a little city not far away from Denver with only 765 inhabitants. But it is a real american traditional city with nice buildings and wonderful views. The city is in the high lands from the Rookie Mountains and was in the past a city with many gold searchers. 

In the book, Sal does not live exactly in San Francisco. 

Mill Valley is 23 km away from San Francisco and is a small town with about 13.000 inhabitants. The Golden Gate Bridge changed the town and make it to a place, where many people came for a visit. 

Sal and his new girlfriend tried to go back to New York. So the needed money and were searching jobs. Therefore they traveled to same places.

Everyone knows Hollywood. The famous part of LA, where are made many movies. 

In the San Joaquin Valley live a lot farmers. It´s the opposite of the big cities in Californian on the cost. In the book Sal tried to find there a job as a farmer.
